纪念辽阳解放75周年暨全民国防教育红色七地文化万里行启动仪式

2023年10月26日11时18分，由辽宁省国防教育基金会健康传播工程和辽阳市民营企业家联合会主办，由辽宁省民营企业协会、辽宁省辽商发展促进会、沈阳市雷锋志愿者协会新时代雷锋文化传承团等单位大力支持，在以邹大鹏为代表的邹氏三杰故居，举行了纪念辽阳解放75周年暨全民国防教育红色七地文化万里行启动仪式。

全民国防教育红色七地文化万里行组委会主任牟英和辽阳市民营企业家联合会会长邹伟为邹氏三杰故居揭牌。

全民国防教育红色七地文化万里行组委会主任牟英在讲话中为在辽宁六地“抗日战争起始地，解放战争转折地，新中国国歌素材地，抗美援朝出征地，共和国工业奠基地，雷锋精神发祥地”的基础上，又推出了《本草·膳～五季调身》策源地。

牟英主任强调指出：一、《本草·膳～五季调身》著作，是人类走进健康世界的生命指导宝典，编著策划来自辽宁沈阳，为辽宁六地再创一地，统称为红色七地文化。

二、在中国共产党隐蔽战线邹大鹏英雄故里，启动全民国防教育红色七地文化万里行仪式，是对英雄的纪念，是传承红色文化践行。

三、全民国防教育红色七地文化，是我们万里行组委会的长期任务，生命不息，工作不止。

牟英主任号召我们，在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指引下，让我们团结在全民国防教育红色七地文化万里行的旗帜下，紧跟新时代，奋勇前进!

辽宁省国防教育基金会健康传播工程主任、万雄集团董事长刘福龙和辽阳市民营企业家联合会会长邹伟为全民国防教育红色七地文化万里行出发地揭牌。

辽宁省国防教育基金会健康传播工程主任、万雄集团董事长刘福龙向辽阳市民营企业家联合会会长捐赠了《本草·膳～五季调身》著作一套。

辽阳市民营企业家联合会会长邹伟在讲话中介绍了以中共隐蔽战线邹大鹏同志为代表的邹氏三杰革命前辈的生平和英雄事迹，以辽阳解放75周年为契机，传承红色基因，振兴城乡经济，在红色文旅和新产品开发上创造奇迹。

辽宁省国防教育基金会健康传播工程主任、万雄集团董事长刘福龙在讲话中表达了全民国防与全民健康的基本观点，没有全民健康，就没有全民国防，就没有民营企业的发展和红色文化的传承。

本次活动总策划、党史专家高秀武指出了活动的重大意义和深远影响，雷锋文化传人叶双民、雷锋义弟吕学广讲述了践行雷锋精神的快乐与体会。

特约嘉宾著名党史专家李庆禄、辽宁会长文化交流中心主任冯贵华和沈阳市雷锋精研究会副秘书长何卉提出了红色文化与绿色经济融合与发展的建议。

出席纪念辽阳解放75周年暨全民国防教育红色七地文化万里行启动仪式的有，东北抗联将军李兆麟后代李振荣和抗日英雄白乙化后代白成亮，辽阳市首山农场东宁卫乡党委副书记朱珠，辽阳市首山农场后三块石分场东宁卫乡后三块石社区书记刘志强、青年企业家宋殿君及专家学者、社会知名人士、民营企业家等30余人。

专题召开座谈会，并参观了邹氏三杰故居。

大家一致认为，全民国防教育红色七地文化万里行是新时代的长征，紧跟党中央战略布署，东北振兴，辽宁振兴，打好打赢新时代辽沈战役。
