一、举办时间:2020年8月15日---8月18日
二、举办地点:俄罗斯 莫斯科
三、参加展示内容
各国和地区民族、民间、传统、现代体育健身技能和方法。凡有利于健康、健美、长寿及身心健康的各类体育健身项目、方法、技能和手段 (集体或个人,徒手或持械)均可报名参加展示。要求内容健康、时间不超过4分30秒。服装应美观大方、适宜健身、利于展示。
四、参加展示办法:
(一)各国家、地区社团组织、协会、俱乐部及广大文体爱好者均可组队或个人参展;
(二)凡身体健康的75周岁以下健身爱好者均可参加(男女不限)。参展队可报领队、教练各1-2人。
五、组织机构:
由报名参加的各国、地区的领队(或教练)组成大运会组委会,于展示日前一天晚召开领队(教练员)会议。组委会下设工作小组(由大运会组委会相关人员组成),具体负责组织大运会开闭幕式、展示场地器材、音响提供、展示出场顺序编排、评奖办法制定和实施。
六、奖项设置:凡按规程参加的由大运会组委会分别颁发优秀表演奖或突出贡献奖及个人参展纪念证书。
七、 报名及要求:
(一)报名时间:即日起至2020年6月30日。
(二)报名时须附所报项目简介:项目名称 、健身方法、基本内容、健身效果及对场地器材要求等(展示内容制成光盘)。
(三)各领队、教练及个人在报名时请认真填写报名表,领队和教练提交一寸免冠照片一张,并注明本人姓名、专业职称及代表队名称、联系电话、地址,连同上述报项简介一起寄到大会组委会。凡上场参加展示者须在本国家、地区做好健康意外伤害事故方面的保险。如需音响伴奏,须自备音乐光盘或U盘。该伴奏音乐应为光盘或U盘中的唯一内容。展示前须交到大会评委会。参展队或个人选手不按时检录者,按自动弃权处理。

(五)其他:
1、参展费用每队人民币500元、个人50元(美元等外币同等价值)。用于参加论坛指定活动、制作队牌等。在报名(或报到)时交到指定地点。
2、各参展队及个人参展可任选以下三种形式 :
(1)参加全程会议且由论坛组委会统一安排的人员。 全程由组委会安排的服务内容包括:往返的机票、机场接送、市内 交通;会议期间食宿(入住五星级酒店、双人间标准),安排参加健康产业高峰论坛,健康产业博览会及会议期间考察,会议文件及资料、论文集、会议光盘、通讯录、合影、产业博览会门票、会务注册费等。收费标准待同论坛组委会商议后另行通知。
(2)委托当地旅行社负责往返会议举办地以及会议期间的安排和接待(方案另发)。
(3)自行通过旅行社到会议举办地参加大运会展示的人员,请按指定时间参加领队教练员会议及按时到场检录参展。可以自愿参与组委会的其他各项活动,食宿及行程自行安排。
(4)如需预定宾馆、招待所,旅游、返程机票、车票等,请在报名表上填写清楚,组委会将协助办理。
八、以上规定,如有变更请及时关注大会公告,未尽事宜,另行通知。
The Rules about the Second Third of World
Comprehensive Health Sports Meeting
1. Time of activity: Aug. 15 of 2020 –Aug. 18 of 2020

3. Demonstration content
The traditional or modern skills and methods for enhancing physical fitness indifferent countries and regions will be demonstrated. As long as an individual orteam has a variety of exercise events, skills and methods for enhancing health, longevity and physical fitness to share with others, they will be welcome to sign up. The demonstration content must be healthy and last not more than 4 minutes and 30 seconds. The clothes they wear must be proper, healthy and suitable for demonstration.
4. Demonstration methods
4.1 The social organizations, associations, clubs and sports lovers from different countries and regions are welcome to sign up as a team or individual.
4.2 Those healthy people (male or female) pursuing physical fitness and aged below 75 are welcome to sign up. A team should have one leader and one or two coaches.
5. Organizational institution
The organizing committee is comprised of those leaders or coaches of the teams from those countries and regions. A conference will be held among those leaders or coaches at the night before the demonstration. A work group under the organizing committee will be also formed. Comprised of the relevant personnel from the organizing committee, they will be responsible for the opening and closing ceremony, demonstration facilities, stereo equipment provision, demonstration sequence as well as establishing and implementing the awarding methods.
6. Award setting
The certificates for excellent performance, outstanding contribution and individual souvenir will be issued by the organizing committee to those taking part in the activity as required.
7. Sign-up and requirement
7.1 Sign-up time: Present – Jun. 30 of 2020
7.2 A brief introduction to the event must be provided, including the event name, health-keeping method, basic content, health-keeping effect and facility requirement (the demonstration content included in a CD).
7.3 The leader, coach and individual must fill in the entry form carefully. The leader and coach must submit one bareheaded photo, which is marked with their name, professional title, team name, phone number and address, to the organizing committee together with the entry form. Those making the demonstration must purchase accident injury insurance in their own countries or regions. If musical accompaniment is needed, please prepare the CD or U disk which is exclusively related to the music. Before the demonstration, it must be submitted to the public judging committee. If a team or individual can not check in on time, it will be viewed as abstaining.

7.5 Others
1. The participation fee is 500 RMB for a team and 50 RMB for an individual (the same value in foreign currency such as dollar). The participation fee will be used for the affairs such as specified activity and team plate. The participation fee must be paied at the given place during the sign-up or check-in.
2. Three ways for the participation of the team or individual
(1) They will attend the conference and receive the arrangement of the organizing committee. The services arranged by the organizing committee during the activity include round-trip air ticket, airport pickup, traffic in the city, board and lodging (five-star hotel and two-bed room), attending the summit forum of health industry, health industry expo and conference observation, conference documents and materials, collection of papers, conference CD, contact book, group photo, admission ticket of industrial expo and sign-up fee for conference. The fee scale will be notified by the organizing committee after discussion.
(2) The local travel agency can be entrusted to attend the conference and handle the relevant arrangement and reception (the scheme will be given later)
(3) For those people participating in the demonstration through travel agency, their leaders and coaches should attend the conference and check in on schedule. They can also take part in other activities on their own accord. The board, lodging and schedule will be arranged accordingly.
(4) If the reservation of hotel, hostel, sight-seeing, round-trip air ticket and bus ticket is needed, please make it clear in the entry form. The organizing committee will provide assistance as much as possible.
8. Please keep track of the notice of the organizing committee for any change in the rules above. Matters which are not covered will be notified later if necessary.
